so would result in dismissal of his supervisory liability claim without prejudice. The time to file the

14

amendment to the complaint has passed, and Plaintiff has failed to do so.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the supervisory liability claim against Defendant Grounds is
DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
