Hearing on that motion is therefore VACATED. 21 Currently set for hearing before the Court are the following four motions: 22 (1) Motion of Defendants CCTT Group, et al. to Dismiss portions of the Third Amended 23 24 25 26 27 28 Complaint (Dkt No. 259) set for hearing November 20, 2012; (2) Motion of Defendants Marsha Lo, Robert Lo, Pilo, LLC to Dismiss (Dkt No. 273) set for hearing November 27, 2012; (3) Motion of Defendants Henrik Jenson and Real Estate Star, LLC to Dismiss (Dkt No. 277) set for hearing December 4, 2012; and 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 (4) Motion of Defendant Patrick Gallagher to Dismiss, for More Definite Statement, Joinder and Motion to Strike (Dkt No. 286) set for hearing December 11, 2012. The current hearing dates for these four motions are VACATED and RESET to January 8, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. All briefing schedules remain the same. IT IS SO ORDERED.
