After due consideration, the motion is 26 well taken and the Court hereby GRANTS the motion. Plaintiff may file a one-page 27 supplemental pleading in opposition to Defendant’s motion for partial summary judgment to 28 [PROPOSED] ORDER 1 CASE NO. C 11-1054 PJH 1 address the allowance of the MasterObjects 2001 Application.
