Accordingly, all pending motion, case management and trial dates 18 and deadlines are hereby vacated. A Compliance Conference shall be held on Friday, March 30, 19 2012, on the Court's 9:01 a.m. Calendar, in the Federal Courthouse, 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, 20 California in a courtroom to be designated. 21 Five (5) business days prior to the date of the Compliance Conference, the parties shall file 22 either: (a) a joint stipulation for dismissal, or (b) a one-page JOINT STATEMENT setting forth an 23 explanation regarding the failure to comply.
