The Initial Case Management Conference previously scheduled for August 29, 2012 has

been CONTINUED to October 31, 2012 at 1:30 p.m., Courtroom 4, 3rd Floor, U.S. District Court,

1301 Clay Street, Oakland, California 94612. The Case Management Statement is due no later than

19

October 24, 2012. In their Further Joint Case Management Statement, [Docket No. 33], the parties

20

set forth a "proposed" case schedule. The parties are reminded that the court has already issued a

21

case management and trial schedule in this case. [See Docket Nos. 21-22.] Immediately upon

22

receipt of this Order, Plaintiff shall serve Defendant with a copy of this Order and file a proof of

23

service with the court.
