In the event that any Defendant in this action shall file a motion to 12 dismiss Plaintiff’s Class Action Complaint, the briefing schedule on such motion 13 shall be as follows: 14 Motion to Dismiss and Supporting Memorandum: June 24, 2011 15 Plaintiff’s Memorandum in Opposition: July 25, 2011 16 Reply Memorandum August 15, 2011 17 3. The haring on any motion to dismiss is scheduled for the next available 18 date of October 18, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 78(b) 19 and Civil Local Rule 7-1(b), the Court, in its discretion, may resolve the motion without 20 oral argument.
