Defendant Wowza Media Systems, Inc. has filed an

administrative motion seeking an extension of two weeks for the

time in which Defendant must file its response to Plaintiff Adobe

Systems Incorporated’s motion to strike or to dismiss Defendant’s

counterclaims.
