ADR process selecction, and discovery plan; last day to file ADR Certification signed by parties and

counsel; last day to file either Stipulation to ADR Process or Noticed of Need for ADR Phone

Conference;

3. October 26, 2011: Last day to file Rule 26(f) Report, complete initial disclosures or state
objection in Rule 26(f) Report.

Immediately upon receipt of this Order, Plaintiff shall serve Defendant with a copy of this Order and
