IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Defendant’s administrative motion for relief

from the Order Setting Initial Case Management Conference and Deadlines (Dkt. 2.) is

14

GRANTED. The Case Management Conference currently scheduled for September 15,

15

2011 is CONTINUED to October 12, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. Prior to the date scheduled for

16

the conference, the parties shall meet and confer and prepare a joint Case Management

17

Conference Statement. Plaintiff is responsible for filing joint statement no less than seven

18

(7) days prior to the conference date. The joint statement shall comply with the Standing

19

Order for All Judges of the Northern District of California and the Standing Orders of this

20

Court. Plaintiff is responsible for setting up the conference call, and on the specified date

21

and time, shall call [phone] with all parties on the line. The last day to meet and

22

confer regarding ADR matters and to comply with ADR Local Rule 3-5 shall be September

23

21, 2011 and initial disclosures shall be completed by October 5, 2011. This Order

24

terminates Docket 15.
