(“Google”) and Defendant Pandora Media, Inc.’s (“Pandora”) Administrative Motion to

Continue Case Management Conferences and Extend Time to File Case Management Statements

(“Motion”) in the above-captioned actions. The Court has determined that, in light of the

declarations filed by Google and Pandora in support of their Motion, compelling reasons exist

for continuing the case management conferences currently scheduled for April 18, 2014, and for

extending the deadline for submitting case management statements currently set for April 11,
