On July 19, 2011, the Court ordered Plaintiff Carlos Salazar

to respond within seven days to Defendant Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.’s

motion to dismiss his claims and motion to expunge a lis pendens

notice that he recorded for property located at 1622 Bissell Avenue
16
in Richmond, California.
