Plaintiff does not 16 oppose the request. 17 Upon consideration of the request, the Court finds good cause for excusing personal attendance. 18 Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that Officer Kavanaugh be available by telephone from 9:30 a.m. 19 Pacific Standard Time until further notice on January 25, 2012. 20 If the Court concludes that the absence of Officer Kavanaugh is interfering with the settlement 21 conference, the Court may continue the settlement conference and may order personal attendance by 22 each party including Officer Kavanaugh. 23 SO ORDERED. 24 Dated: January 18, 2012 25 26 27 28 _______________________________ ELIZABETH D.
