The Court has reviewed Magistrate Judge James’ Report and
13
Recommendation Re Motion for Finding Respondent in Contempt.
The
14
15
time for objections has passed and none were filed. The Court
16
finds the Report correct, well-reasoned and thorough, and adopts
17
it in every respect.

Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Motion for Finding Respondent in
19
Contempt is GRANTED. The Court orders the following: (1) a bench
20
warrant for the arrest of Respondent Laughlin Gillies shall be
21
issued; (2) the United States Marshal shall notify the United
22
States Attorney, the Federal Public Defender, and the Court’s
23
24
Courtroom Deputy as soon as Respondent Laughlin Gillies is
25
arrested; (3) upon arrest, Respondent Laughlin Gillies shall be
26
taken without unnecessary delay before a magistrate judge to be
27
advised of his rights and shall be brought thereafter before
28

Magistrate Judge James or the Undersigned; and (4) upon arrest,
2
Respondent Laughlin Gillies shall be incarcerated until he
3
complies with the Court’s December 9, 2011 Order Adopting
4
Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation Re Verified Petition
5
to Enforce IRS Summonses.
