Order Granting 20 Motion to Dismiss, ECF No. 18 at 3-4. The court granted Plaintiff permission to file an amended 21 complaint within fourteen days if he could allege specific facts that would cure the deficiencies 22 described in the order. Id. No amended complaint has been filed. The court ordered Plaintiff to 23 show cause why the case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute or comply with the court’s 24 order. Order to Show Cause, ECF No. ECF No. 19 at 1-2. Plaintiff did not respond.
