The Court, having reviewed Plaintiff's Application for Enlargement of Time to Serve
Defendants and good cause appearing therefore, hereby grants Plaintiff's Application, and orders
as follows:
1.
Pursuant to Rule 4(m) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the time for
Plaintiff to serve defendants with summons and the complaint or amended complaint is extended
to 180 days after the Court's ruling on the pending Plaintiff's Ex Parte Application for Leave to
Take Limited Discovery Prior to a Rule 26 Conference.
2.
The Case Management Conference shall be set for a date about 210 days after
the Court's ruling on the above-mentioned pending Ex Parte Application.
