WHEREAS, Plaintiff Streetspace, Inc. (“Streetspace”) filed its Complaint on August 23,
2
2010, against Apple Inc. and Quattro Wireless, Inc. (collectively “Apple”) and other defendants;
3
WHEREAS, Apple’s answer or response to the Complaint is due December 29, 2010;
4
WHEREAS, Apple and Streetspace have agreed that the time for Apple to answer or
5
otherwise respond to the Complaint shall be extended to January 18, 2011;
6
WHEREAS, Apple has sought no prior extensions of time in this case;
7
WHEREAS, the current deadline’s proximity to the holiday season constitutes good cause
8
to extend said deadline;
9
WHEREAS, the requested extension does not affect any other case management dates;
10
THEREFORE, pursuant to Civil Local Rules 7.2 and 12.1, THE PARTIES respectfully
11
request that this Court enter the Proposed Order Granting Joint Motion for Extension of Time,
12
submitted herewith, extending the deadline for Apple to answer or otherwise respond to the
13
Complaint to January 18, 2011. THE PARTIES agree and certify that the content of this
14
document is acceptable to all persons required to sign it and counsel has given authorization to
15
add the electronic signature of Streetspace’s counsel on this joint motion.
