L.R. 72-1, to be 26 heard and considered at the convenience of his/her calendar. 27 28 The 1 Magistrate Judge shall prepare findings and recommendation on the 2 motion. 3 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Further Case Management 4 Conference previously set for January 3, 2013 is maintained.
