UNITED STATES POSTAL OFFICE, 8 9 No. C 11-4871 CW Defendant. ________________________________/ United States District Court For the Northern District of California 10 11 Pro se Plaintiff Cathy Enwere filed the present lawsuit on 12 September 30, 2011. 13 upon Defendant United States Postal Service. 14 15 16 Plaintiff has not yet filed proof of service The Court warns Plaintiff that Defendant must be served within 120 days from the date the lawsuit was filed pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m). Because the lawsuit was 17 filed on September 30, 2011, the deadline for service is January 18 19 30, 2012.
