The representative shall be available at all times to 18 participate telephonically in the mediation unless or until excused by the mediator in accordance 19 with ADR L.R. 6-10(f). However, if the mediator determines that the telephonic appearance by the 20 individuals is interfering with the mediation process, the mediator may decide to terminate the 21 telephonic appearances and set a new mediation date with personal appearances required. 22 IT IS SO ORDERED. 23 24 25 26 27 28 April 30, 3012 Dated By: Elizabeth D.
