See Dkt. 209. The parties agree to bear their own attorney's fees and costs regarding 15 these two plaintiffs. Id. 16 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the actions of Plaintiffs Shane Huey and Mark 17 Turner against Defendant are hereby dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil 18 Procedure 41(a)(1), with the parties bearing their own fees and costs. 19 IT IS SO ORDERED. 20 21 Dated: August 6, 2012 22 KANDIS A.
