ESLAO, Docket No. 8 10 12 For the Northern District of California UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 11 Defendant. _____________________________________/ 13 On January 10, 2012, the Clerk of Court issued a Notice of Referral in this case regarding 14 Plaintiff’s pending Motion for Default Judgment. Dkt. No. 14. In the notice, the Clerk directed 15 Plaintiff to file detailed proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law. Plaintiff’s proposed 16 findings fail to comply with this notice. Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS Plaintiff to file the 17 following information: 18 1) The specific basis for the Court’s subject matter jurisdiction; 19 2) The specific basis for the Court’s personal jurisdiction; 20 3) an analysis of each individual factor in Eitel v. McCool, 782 F.2d 1470, 1471-72 (9th 21 22 Cir. 1986). Plaintiff’s filing shall include appropriate legal authority for each of the three items listed 23 above, including citations to cases addressing the issues raised in Plaintiff’s complaint and motion. 24 Plaintiff shall file this information by March 6, 2012. 25 26 27 28 Dated: March 2, 2012 _______________________________ Maria-Elena James Chief United States Magistrate Judge
