On May 4, 2012, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause. Dkt. No. 63. The Defendants

provided a timely written response to the Order. Dkt. No. 65. Having reviewed and considered the

written response, the Court is satisfied with the parties’ submission, and accordingly, VACATES the

19

hearing set for Friday, May, 11, 2012. No further action will be taken with respect to that Order.

Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 16(b) and Civil Local Rule 16-10, a Case

Management Conference shall be held on Monday, June 25, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., in the Federal

Courthouse at 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, California, in a courtroom to be designated.
