The parties shall appear for a telephonic Case Management Conference on April 27,

2016, at 2:30 p.m. The purpose of the Case Management Conference is to discuss the

14

further handling of the Ninth Circuit’s limited remand for the purpose of determining

15

whether First Resort has standing. At least seven (7) calendar days prior to the conference,

16

the parties shall meet and confer and file a Joint Case Management Statement in accordance

17

with Civil Local Rule 16-9. Plaintiff’s counsel shall be responsible for filing the Joint Case

18

Management Statement and setting up the conference call. At the date and time indicated

19

above, Plaintiff’s counsel shall call [phone] with all parties on the line. NO

20

PARTY SHALL OTHERWISE CONTACT CHAMBERS DIRECTLY WITHOUT PRIOR

AUTHORIZATION OF THE COURT.
