Accordingly, lead 19 counsel for the parties are hereby ordered to appear at the hearing on Defendant Avalon’s motion for 20 a protective order on February 28, 2013. Following the 11:00 a.m. hearing, lead counsel are ordered 21 to meet and confer in the courthouse regarding all remaining discovery disputes, and shall be 22 prepared to devote the entire day, if necessary, to resolving the disputes. 23 DONNA M.
