The Court, having duly considered the evidence presented at

trial in this matter and consistent with its findings of fact and

conclusions of law, hereby orders as follows:

Defendants Yang Qi, Jinpeng Li, and Zaagtech, Inc., and

14
their respective officers, servants, employees, agents, and
15
licensees, and all persons in active concert or participation with
16
them, be, and are hereby, permanently restrained and enjoined
17
from:
18
a.

Any further misappropriation of Plaintiffs' trade

19
secrets, including but not limited to hardware and
20
circuitry design schematics, software code, customer
21
information, and sales and pricing information;
22
b.

Any use of Plaintiffs' trademarks without Plaintiffs'

23
express written permission; and
24
c.

Any advertising suggesting that suggests a business

25
relationship between Plaintiffs and Defendants where
26
no such business relationship exists.

Any party may seek modification of this Order, at any

time, by written motion and for good cause based on changed

3

circumstances or otherwise.

This Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce this

Order.
