Having considered (1) Oracle’s Motion; (2) the Stipulation to Permit Oracle to 3 4 File Under Seal; (3) the supporting Declarations submitted by Defendnats and non-party Avnet, 5 Inc.; (4) the Second Amended Complaint and supporting exhibits, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Oracle’s Motion to Seal is GRANTED IN 6 7 PART and DENIED IN PART. The request to seal portions of the Second Amended Complaint 8 is DENIED. See Kamakana v. City of Honolulu, 447 F.3d 1172, 1178 (9th Cir. 2006) (noting 9 “general right to inspect and copy public records and documents, including judicial records and 10 documents.”).
