Plaintiffs Robert and Carolee Burrows brought this action in Santa Cruz County Superior
17
Court, alleging numerous federal and state law claims arising out of a loan refinance transaction and
18
subsequent foreclosure proceedings. Defendants removed the case to this court. Plaintiffs now move
19
for a temporary restraining order. Dkt. No. 7.
20
Because no party has consented to the undersigned’s jurisdiction, this court is unable to
21
provide the dispositive relief sought. Accordingly, the court ORDERS the Clerk of the Court to
22
reassign this case to a district court judge.
