Unless the parties are in 19 agreement regarding the terms of the proposed settlement, the Court cannot grant the motion for 20 preliminary approval of class action settlement. Therefore, the Court denies the request to set a 21 hearing or status conference. The Court HEREBY SETS a further case management conference 22 for June 20, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. The Court urges the parties to work towards finalizing their 23 proposed settlement on their own, or with the assistance of Retired Judge Sabraw.
