Plaintiff 21 eventually appeared nearly an hour and a half later. 22 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff show cause in writing by no later than November 23 2, 2012 why he should not be sanctioned for his failure to appear at the October 25, 2012 hearing. It 24 is further ordered that a hearing on Defendants’ motions to dismiss and to strike is scheduled for 25 November 8, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the U.S. District Court, 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, California 26 94612.
