Other issues concern the extent of Plaintiff’s corporate 22 knowledge and the scheduling of depositions in the month of April, which should have since been 23 resolved. 24 25 26 27 28 The parties are ordered to file an updated joint letter by May 15, 2013 specifically outlining which discovery disputes, if any, still require court intervention. IT IS SO ORDERED. DATE: May 9, 2013 ___________________________ KANDIS A. WESTMORE United States Magistrate Judge
