ASTRUE, 9 Defendant. / United States District Court For the Northern District of California 10 11 In cases initially assigned to a district judge, the 12 parties may consent at any time to reassignment of the case to a 13 magistrate judge for all purposes, including entry of final 14 judgment. 15 See Civil L.R. 73-1(b). Accordingly, the parties are hereby DIRECTED to advise the 16 Court, no later than 11/9/2012, as to whether they consent to have 17 a magistrate judge conduct all further proceedings in the instant 18 action.1 For the parties' convenience, a consent form is attached 19 hereto; forms are also available at http://www.cand.uscourts.gov, 20 in the "Forms" section. 21 may jointly request assignment to a specific magistrate judge. 22 23 The parties are further advised that they IT IS SO ORDERED. Because the instant action involves a review of an administrative record, however, a case management conference has not been scheduled.
