On the day the case was 11 For the Northern District of California United States District Court 10 opened the court notified plaintiff he had neither paid the filing fee nor submitted an 12 application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”). A copy of the court's form for 13 applications to proceed IFP was provided with the notice, along with a return envelope. 14 Plaintiff was warned to pay the fees or file an IFP application within thirty days or the case 15 would be dismissed. 16 Plaintiff has not responded.
