This action was opened on June 15, 2012, when a letter sent
11
by Plaintiff to the Court was construed as an attempt by
12
Plaintiff to file a civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
13
On the same day the action was opened, the Clerk of the
14
Court sent a notice to Plaintiff, informing him that he must file
15
his claims on a civil rights complaint form.
16
Plaintiff a notice informing him that his case could not go
17
forward until he paid the filing fee or filed a completed
18
prisoner’s in forma pauperis (IFP) application.
19
Plaintiff a blank civil rights complaint form as well as a blank
20
IFP application and told him that he must submit these documents
21
within thirty days or his action would be dismissed.

More than thirty days have passed and Plaintiff has not

filed the necessary documents.

DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
