Laporte for the purpose 18 of hearing a motion for default judgment as ordered by Judge Armstrong in docket number 18. Briefing 19 shall be in accordance with Civil Local Rule 7-3. 20 LAW AND MOTION HEARING PROCEDURES 21 All filings of documents relating to motions referred to Magistrate Judge Laporte shall list the 22 civil case number and the District Court Judge's initials followed by the designation "(EDL)". The 23 proceedings will take place in Courtroom E, 15th Floor, San Francisco, California. 24 Except as otherwise noted above, all documents shall be filed at the Clerk's Office in compliance 25 with Local Rules 7-2 through 7-5.
