Henderson were construed as attempts by 13 Plaintiff to file civil rights actions under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 14 Having reviewed the contents of the letters, the Court 15 concludes that was not Plaintiff’s intent. 16 that Plaintiff, who is incarcerated at High Desert State Prison, 17 is writing to inform Judge Henderson about alleged violations of 18 the Plata consent decree pertaining to medical care. 19 et al. v. Schwarzenegger, et al., Case No. 01-1391 TEH (N.D. 20 Cal.). 21 Instead, it appears Good cause appearing, the Clerk shall CLOSE these cases and 22 forward Plaintiff’s letters to Judge Henderson. 23 cases were opened in error, no filing fee is due. 24 25 26 27 cc: TEH See Plata, 28 Because the IT IS SO ORDERED.
