PURSUANT TO STIPULATION AND FOR GOOD CAUSE SHOWN, IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED THAT:
1. The telephonic Case Management Conference set for March 20, 2013 shall be vacated

and/or continued to the date of hearing on the parties anticipated Motion for

24

Preliminary Approval and Conditional Certification;

25

2. The prior stipulation tolling the FLSA statute of limitations [ECF 14 and 15] is

26

extended for FLSA claimants in the proposed settlement class until 30-days after entry

27

of an order granting final approval of the settlement;

3. The motion for Preliminary Approval of Class Action settlement shall be filed on or

on a date determined by the Court.
