Accordingly, all pending motion dates, (including the Motion Hearing set for May 15 14, 2013), all case management dates (including the Case Management Conference set for July 8, 16 2013), and trial dates are VACATED. A compliance hearing shall be held on Friday, June 21, 2013 17 on the Court’s 9:01a.m. Calendar, in the Federal Courthouse, 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, California 18 in Courtroom 5. 19 Five (5) business days prior to the date of the compliance hearing, the parties shall file either 20 (a) a Stipulation of Dismissal; or (b) a one-page JOINT STATEMENT setting forth an explanation 21 regarding the failure to comply. If compliance is complete, the parties need not appear and the 22 compliance hearing will be taken off calendar. 23 24 25 26 27 28 Telephonic appearances will be allowed if the parties have submitted a joint statement in a timely fashion.
