to Plaintiffs’ First Amended Class Action Complaint (“FAC”) no later than March

dismiss, Plaintiff’s opposition to such motion shall be filed no later than April 8,

Any reply in support of the motion shall be filed by General Mills on April 22,

General Mills shall withdraw its Motion to Dismiss the Class Action Complaint,
without prejudice, no later than February 22, 2013.

shall be scheduled for a date occurring after the Court rules on any motion to

dismiss filed by General Mills.
