1 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 2 NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 3 OAKLAND DIVISION 4 ELIZABETH COX, as an individual, and on 5 behalf of all others similarly situated, [PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR LEAVE Plaintiffs, 6 7 Case No. 12-cv-06502-YGR v. 8 GRUMA CORPORATION, 9 Defendant. 10 11 On this day the Court considered the unopposed motion of Defendant Gruma Corporation 12 for leave to reply to Plaintiff’s Response to Supplemental Brief Regarding Referral to the United 13 States Food and Drug Administration Pursuant to 21 C.F.R. § 10.25(c). 14 Having considered the unopposed motion and briefing on file, the Court is of the opinion 15 that the motion is proper and should be GRANTED. 16 It is therefore ORDERED that Defendant Gruma Corporation be GRANTED leave to reply 17 to Plaintiff’s Response to Supplemental Brief Regarding Referral to the United States Food and 18 Drug Administration Pursuant to 21 C.F.R. § 10.25(c). 19 Accordingly, Defendant Gruma Corporation shall have two days from the date of this 20 Order to file its Reply to Plaintiff’s Response to Supplemental Brief Regarding Referral to the 21 United States Food and Drug Administration Pursuant to 21 C.F.R. § 10.25(c), attached as 22 Exhibit A to Defendant’s Motion for Leave. 23 This Order terminates Dkt.
