A compliance hearing is scheduled for July 26, 2013 at 9:01 a.m. The parties shall file a joint

statement identifying the mediator to which they have stipulated. If the joint statement is filed prior

3

to the hearing date, the compliance hearing will be vacated. If the parties have not filed a joint

4

statement identifying the mediator, they shall file a joint statement explaining their failure to comply.

Telephonic appearances will be allowed if the parties have submitted a joint statement in a timely

6

fashion. Failure to do so may result in sanctions.

As to the May 2, 2014 compliance hearing date: Pursuant to the Court’s Pretrial Instructions

8

in Civil Cases at Section 2, trial counsel shall meet and confer at least twenty-one (21) days in

9

advance of the Pretrial Conference. The compliance hearing on Friday, May 2, 2014 at 9:01 a.m. is
