1 2 IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 3 4 FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 5 6 No. C 13-00085 YGR (PR) In re THOMAS HARLAN CHERF, 7 / 8 9 ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE In a notice dated January 7, 2013, the Clerk of the Court directed Plaintiff to complete a civil United States District Court For the Northern District of California 10 rights complaint form and an in forma pauperis (IFP) application, and told him that he must 11 complete these documents within thirty days or his action would be dismissed. The Clerk sent 12 Plaintiff a blank civil rights complaint form as well as a prisoner's IFP application. 13 14 15 16 More than thirty days have passed, and Plaintiff has not filed the necessary documents or otherwise communicated with the Court. Accordingly, this action is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
