Plaintiff, a state prisoner has filed a pro se civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. §

1983. Plaintiff’s complaint was dismissed with leave to amend as it was confusing,
15
rambling and at times incomprehensible. Plaintiff now requests that this action be
16
dismissed. Docket No. 11. No defendant has been served. Plaintiff’s request is
17
GRANTED and this case is dismissed without prejudice.
