In its motion, Plaintiff stated that it is 13 “still in the process of working with the other parties to 14 accomplish service.” Docket No. 9. 15 Because none of the Defendants in this action has been 16 served, the Court CONTINUES the case management conference to 17 Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Plaintiff must serve all 18 Defendants by June 8, 2013 or obtain a waiver of service. Failure 19 to complete service by this deadline will result in the dismissal 20 of this action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m). 21 If Plaintiff requires additional time to complete service, it must 22 file a motion showing good cause why additional time should be 23 granted. 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 26 Dated: 5/8/2013 27 28 CLAUDIA WILKEN United States District Judge
