No. 19), judgment is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff. 20 Pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), the Court hereby REVERSES the February 14, 21 2013 decision of Defendant Acting Commissioner of Social Security to deny Plaintiff Kim D. 22 Costa’s application for Supplemental Security Income disability benefits. 23 24 25 This case is hereby REMANDED to the Social Security Administration for further administrative proceedings in conformity with this Court’s Order.
