Saundra Brown Armstrong Defendants. 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 STIPULATION AND [PROPOSED] ORDER REGARDING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR 28 ADMINISTRATIVE RELIEF TO FILE NUNC PRO TUNC AN OVERSIZED BRIEF IN OPPOSITION TO DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS THE CONSOLIDATED AMENDED COMPLAINT 4:13-cv-02783-SBA 1 Pursuant to Civil Local Rules 7-11 and 7-12, Plaintiffs hereby submit this Stipulation and 2 [Proposed] Order Regarding Their Motion for Administrative Relief to File Nunc Pro Tunc an 3 Oversized Brief in Opposition to Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss the Consolidated Amended 4 Complaint. 5 WHEREAS, on April 4, 2014, Defendants filed a Motion to Dismiss the Consolidated 6 Amended Complaint (ECF No. 53); 7 WHEREAS, on June 10, 2014, Plaintiffs filed an Opposition to Defendants’ Motion to 8 Dismiss the Consolidated Amended Complaint (ECF No. 58), which Opposition is four pages in 9 excess of the page limit specified by this Court’s Standing Orders; 10 WHEREAS, Plaintiffs notified Defendants of their intent to file a Motion for 11 Administrative Relief to File Nunc Pro Tunc an Oversized Brief in Opposition to Defendants’ 12 Motion to Dismiss the Consolidated Amended Complaint; and 13 WHEREAS, Defendants do not oppose Plaintiffs’ Motion for Administrative Relief to 14 File Nunc Pro Tunc an Oversized Brief in Opposition to Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss the 15 Consolidated Amended Complaint, as long as Defendants also receive an additional four pages 16 for their reply brief; 17 THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by all parties through 18 their respective counsel of record, that: 19 1. Plaintiffs shall be granted the right to file nunc pro tunc an oversized brief in 20 opposition to Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss the Consolidated Amended Complaint, which brief 21 will be nineteen (19) pages in length; and 22 2.
