1
Now before the Court is Defendant’s Administrative Motion to File Under Seal Portions of
2
Defendant’s Reply in Support of Its Motion for Stay Pending Inter Partes Review (“Defendant’s
3
Administrative Motion”). Upon consideration of Defendant’s Administrative Motion and the
4
supporting declaration of Jeffrey M. Connor filed therewith, the Court finds there to be good cause
5
for granting Defendant’s request to file the below-referenced document under seal.
6
GOOD CAUSE having been shown, the Court finds that:
7
1.
8
Plaintiff possesses an overriding confidentiality interest that overcomes the right of
public access to the record in the following document or portions thereof:
9
10
Document
Portion to be Sealed
11
Defendant’s Reply in Support of its Motion for
Redacted Portions Thereof
12
Stay Pending Inter Partes Review
13
14
2.
Plaintiff’s confidentiality interests support sealing the record;
15
3.
A substantial probability exists that Plaintiff’s overriding confidentiality interests
16
will be prejudiced if the record is not sealed;
17
4.
The proposed sealing is narrowly tailored; and
18
5.
No less restrictive means exists to achieve this overriding interest.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendant’s Administrative Motion to File Under
