C 13-3587 DMR -1- Case4:13-cv-03587-DMR Document95-2 Filed12/02/13 Page2 of 2 1 Now before the Court is Defendant’s Administrative Motion to File Under Seal Portions of 2 Defendant’s Reply in Support of Its Motion for Stay Pending Inter Partes Review (“Defendant’s 3 Administrative Motion”). Upon consideration of Defendant’s Administrative Motion and the 4 supporting declaration of Jeffrey M. Connor filed therewith, the Court finds there to be good cause 5 for granting Defendant’s request to file the below-referenced document under seal. 6 GOOD CAUSE having been shown, the Court finds that: 7 1. 8 Plaintiff possesses an overriding confidentiality interest that overcomes the right of public access to the record in the following document or portions thereof: 9 10 Document Portion to be Sealed 11 Defendant’s Reply in Support of its Motion for Redacted Portions Thereof 12 Stay Pending Inter Partes Review 13 14 2. Plaintiff’s confidentiality interests support sealing the record; 15 3. A substantial probability exists that Plaintiff’s overriding confidentiality interests 16 will be prejudiced if the record is not sealed; 17 4. The proposed sealing is narrowly tailored; and 18 5.
