The following deadlines were set by the Court in its March 9, 2017, Amended Case 26 Management and Pretrial Order for Jury Trial (Dkt. No. 84): 27 a. Close of Expert Discovery: September 29, 2017; 28 b. Rebuttal Expert Disclosure and Reports Provided: September 15, 2017; and c. Expert Disclosure and Reports Provided: August 29, 2017 Stoddard-Nunez v. City of Hayward Case No. C13-04490 KAW Stipulation and [Proposed] Order -1- 1 2. In an effort to reduce the costs associated with litigation, and in light of the hearing on the 2 defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment was reset for September 7, 2017, the parties 3 wish to continue certain expert discovery deadlines by approximately two weeks as more 4 specifically set forth below; 5 3. This slight modification of the expert discovery deadlines in the best interests of the parties 6 and will not unduly burden the Court in any foreseeable way as all other dates are to remain 7 the same; 8 9 4. Accordingly, the parties propose the following changes to the March 9, 2017, Scheduling Order (Dkt. No. 84): 10 a. Close of Expert Discovery: October 13, 2017; 11 b. Rebuttal Expert Disclosure and Reports Provided: September 29, 2017; and 12 c.
