On May 16, 2016, the Court conditionally granted a motion for

extension of time filed by Attorney William Most who is
17
considering taking pro se Plaintiff Edwin Hutchinson’s case.

Court advised Mr. Hutchinson and Mr. Most that it would grant the
19
motion for extension of time to file Mr. Hutchinson’s opposition
20
to the motions for summary judgment if Mr. Hutchinson filed a
21
notice of consent to the motion for extension of time, including a
22
statement of his understanding that, absent a showing of
23
extraordinary good cause, the deadline for opposing the motions
24
will not be extended again if Mr. Most decides not to take the
25
case.
