The parties have met and conferred regarding 4 the sufficiency of Technology Licensing Corporation’s (“TLC”) Infringement Contentions, 5 served on March 6, 2014. Without agreeing that its present contentions are insufficient, and 6 therefore as a compromise, TLC has agreed to amend its contentions, and to serve Amended 7 Infringement Contentions on July 14, 2014.
