The Court has considered Defendant The Eye Tribe APS (“The Eye Tribe”) Motion to

Enlarge Time to Answer or Otherwise Plead to the Complaint of Plaintiff Tobii Technology AB

(“Tobii”) pursuant to Northern District of California Local Rule 6-3. Good cause appearing

therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

(1) The Eye Tribe’s Motion to Enlarge Time to Answer or Otherwise Plead is granted; and

(2) The Eye Tribe’s deadline to respond to Tobii’s Complaint is hereby enlarged twenty-

23

eight (28) days up to and including June 30, 2014.
